At the heart of Trillium - Canton is its impressive lineup of craft beers. Patrons consistently praise the brewery for its remarkable variety and quality. The brewery’s dedication to innovative beer styles means every visit offers something fresh and satisfying, whether it’s a crisp Pilsner or the juicy “Juice Tiger” canned 4-packs that are as visually striking as they are flavorful.
But Trillium’s appeal doesn’t end with its exceptional beers. The restaurant menu elevates the experience with boldly crafted dishes that are both inviting and sophisticated. The food and beverage pairing here reflects a thoughtful harmony—every dish is designed to enhance the drinking experience, whether you’re enjoying tangy Smoked Chicken Wings or the uniquely comforting Jalapeño Cornbread topped with pimento cheese. Lindsay Gallagher’s praise for the Buffalo Chicken Pizza highlights how Trillium defies the ordinary pizza concept with clever accents like celery and onions that bring a fresh twist to the classic flavor profile.

Gerard’s impression of the expansive indoor and outdoor seating resonates with those who appreciate a laid-back but lively environment. The brewery easily accommodates large groups without feeling chaotic, making it an ideal spot for family outings, weekend gatherings, or simply relaxing with friends. Evan Vescovilin specifically notes how it has become a favored hangout for parents during weekend lunchtime, underlining its inclusive and community-oriented vibe.
While a slight premium on pricing is mentioned by multiple visitors, this is well justified by the exceptional quality of both drinks and food as well as the welcoming ambiance and meticulous service. Cuan Brown’s observation about the quality of food trucks that appear on certain days adds an element of variety and surprise, enriching the overall visit and keeping the experience vibrant.
Trillium - Canton stands out as more than just a brewery or restaurant; it’s a cultural hub where passion for craft beer meets culinary creativity and a strong sense of community. I went here for the first time yesterday with my group and it was awesome! It’s huge inside so it definitely fits a good amount of people inside and outside. Customer service was nice overall. The staff there had great recommendations for the IPA’s. The store part of the brewery was a decent size and they had a really good selection of different items of clothings and A LOT of drink options. I had to get myself a fly hat and a magnet The buffalo chicken pizza was FIREEE! I highly recommend checking this place out because I know for a fact, I will be back :)
The good: Pizza is probably one of the two best I've had in Boston. Highly recommend hot honey add on. Lots of variety in beer styles to satisfy anyone who even remotely enjoys beer. They have other cocktails for those that aren't into beer. Great gathering place for parents during weekend lunchtimes and early afternoons. The not so good: the food is not cheap. Can get pretty busy during weekend dinner hours.
A beautiful location in Canton, with some great food and various selection of food trucks on various days. Food on the slightly pricier side but was all very delicious. Beers were top drawer as well and well worth a visit.
The beer is phenomenal. My favorite is Bees - very highly recommend if you like a fresh medium bodied beer. My second favorite is Fated Farmer: Blueberry. I also enjoyed Queen Bees, Trillium, and Seesaw. Overall, you probably can’t go wrong with the beers here. The buffalo chicken pizza is also wonderful. It’s not your typical pizza joint pizza. The onion and celery really lifted it and gave it a fresh note I appreciated. I would not recommend the buffalo chicken dip. It was way too salty, and overall a flavor I did not like. I’m easy to please, so if I don’t finish something, it’s got to be actively pretty bad, sorry to say. The texture of the dip was oily and sloppy, to be frank. The chips were also coated in salt and overcooked/too crispy.
